Swim for Diabetes

Camp Ho Mita Koda campers, families, and alumni have traditionally supported the Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland's largest fundraising event, Swim for Diabetes. Since Camp is a program of Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland, money raised from the event directly benefits the camp too!

Information about the 2012 Swim for Diabetes event will be posted on this website in late 2011.
